Health screening: A provider may use a screening test in the examination process to catch a disorder or disease in its earliest stage, preferably before the onset of symptoms

Management of Acute & Chronic Conditions: For patients with chronic disease-related conditions, disabilities, or age-related diminished function – Family Healthcare offers ongoing coordinated healthcare planning, interventions and communications, with a goal of improving the overall health of the patient.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT): The use of FDA approved medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of substance use disorders. The goal of MAT is full recovery, including the ability to live a self-directed life. This treatment approach has been shown to:
